We are seeking a Food Production Supervisor to join our team.

A Food Production Supervisor is responsible for the safe and timely production of food products.

Job description:
- responsible for the production of food from start to finish through processing and subsequent packaging to the delivery of finished products to the warehouse
- assure to provide overall direction for the technical and administrative operations in processing and packaging
- Preparation of production schedules in cooperation with the planning department and manages all production lines making sure that finished products are timely released.
- Review all batch processing record and batch packaging record and ensure that the production is executed in accordance with packaging procedure
- Ensure that all equipment are correctly validated and utilized
- Assist in conducting ISO inspections and ensures all production staff are strict adherence to ISO rules
- Ensure cleanliness in production area are maintained at all time
- Manage finished products from production to warehouse
- Review and establish SOPs for internal production use

Requirements:
- Proven experiences in food management and teamwork
- Problem-solving orientation
- Computer literacy
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Advanced skills in MS Office
