WIPO — International Patent Protection

Before becoming peppercorns, Kampot pepper appears as delicate inflorescences — the botanical base of every infusion in this range, patented by Confirel as a herbal tea innovation.

Kirum Herbal Tea Jasmine combines organic Kampot pepper inflorescence with organic jasmine flower in a soft floral infusion, designed for relaxation and a calmer moment in the day.

Cambodian origin

Kampot Pepper

Kampot Pepper, Kampot Province

In southern Cambodia, Kampot Pepper grows where abundant tropical rain meets the naturally draining hills and foothills of Kampot and Kep. Farmers raise the soil, manage shade and harvest each berry according to ripeness, creating green, black, red and white expressions with distinctive citrus, floral, fruity, mint and lime notes. Confirel brings this protected terroir to market through its Kirum range, with careful selection, traceability and respect for the PGI tradition.

Kampot Pepper is protected through applicable Cambodian and European geographical-indication frameworks. Its registered origin and production requirements help preserve the product's identity and traceability.
