Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Confirel website and online store (the Service). The Service is operated by CONFIREL CO., LTD. (Confirel, we, us or our).
By accessing the Service, submitting an order or using any website feature, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and customer information
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service or place an order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate contact, delivery and order information. You are responsible for reviewing the information before submitting it and for promptly correcting any error with our sales team.
Products containing alcohol may be viewed, purchased, received or used only by people who meet the minimum legal age and other requirements applicable to them. We or our delivery provider may request acceptable age or identity verification and may refuse delivery when lawful requirements are not satisfied.
3. Product information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, formats, prices and availability accurately. Packaging, appearance and other non-material details may vary. Screen settings can also affect how colours and images appear.
All products and quantities are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, correct an error, withdraw a product or decline an order where reasonably necessary. We will explain any material change when contacting you about your order.
Nothing on the Service is medical advice. Product and wellness information is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout information creates an order request. It does not mean that payment has been collected or that Confirel has accepted and committed to deliver the order.
After submission, a Confirel sales agent will contact you by phone, Telegram or another agreed channel to confirm:
- product availability;
- the delivery method and expected timing;
- the final delivery fee and final total; and
- the payment method and instructions.
An order becomes confirmed only when Confirel communicates its confirmation and you accept the final arrangements. Do not send payment until a Confirel sales agent has contacted you and confirmed the order.
An unpaid order may be cancelled after 48 hours only after Confirel has made and documented at least three unsuccessful attempts to contact the customer. Inventory committed to a cancelled order will be released.
5. Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the Service are presented in the store currency shown at the time of shopping. The final payable amount is confirmed by our sales agent and includes the agreed delivery charge and any other amount clearly disclosed before payment.
No online payment is processed during Shopify checkout for the trial workflow. Payment is arranged separately with the Confirel sales agent after order confirmation. You agree to follow only the payment instructions provided through the confirmed Confirel contact process and to contact us if an instruction appears suspicious.
6. Delivery
Confirel delivers throughout Cambodia subject to product and delivery availability. Delivery method, fee and timing depend on the address and are confirmed by our sales agent. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.
You are responsible for supplying an accurate and accessible delivery address, a working phone number and any information reasonably required to complete delivery. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.
7. Returns, refunds and order problems
Returns, refunds, replacements and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Customers must contact us within 72 hours after delivery to report a problem or request a return. Opened food and beverages are not returnable for a change of mind, but this does not prevent a valid claim for an item that is damaged, defective, expired or incorrect.
8. Accounts and B2B access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Submitting a professional or B2B enquiry does not automatically approve access to trade pricing, documents, payment terms or ordering features. Confirel reviews each request and may approve, decline, restrict or later withdraw B2B access where reasonably necessary. Approved B2B customers may also be subject to separately agreed commercial terms; those specific agreed terms prevail over these general Terms if there is a conflict concerning the B2B transaction.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service:
- for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or abusive activity;
- to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- to transmit malware or interfere with the Service's security or operation;
- to collect information about other users without lawful authority;
- to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority; or
- to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or restricted information.
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Confirel, Shopify or other parties, or to comply with applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Confirel's website content—including its text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks and brand elements—is owned by or licensed to Confirel and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use the Service for personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
11. Third-party services and Shopify
The online store is hosted by Shopify. The Service may also contain links to or rely on services provided by delivery, mapping, payment, social-media or other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you choose to use them. Confirel is not responsible for a third-party service to the extent that responsibility cannot reasonably or lawfully be attributed to Confirel.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as described in that policy.
13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We aim to keep the Service available, accurate and secure, but online services can experience interruptions, delays or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confirel will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The version published on the website will show its effective or last-updated date. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continuing to use the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
15. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply based on the customer's location. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern in good faith. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the competent courts or authorities determined under applicable law.
