In southern Cambodia, Kampot Pepper grows where abundant tropical rain meets the naturally draining hills and foothills of Kampot and Kep. Farmers raise the soil, manage shade and harvest each berry according to ripeness, creating green, black, red and white expressions with distinctive citrus, floral, fruity, mint and lime notes.
