Job Summary:
The L&D Specialist identifies training needs and develops effective learning programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
- Design and develop engaging training programs and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate training sessions using various instructional methods.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Maintain and update training materials and resources.
- Track training participation and report on outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in learning and development or corporate training.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
