Palm sugar gathered from Cambodian palms. Pepper shaped by Kampot's soil and generations of know-how. Since 2001, Confirel has worked alongside farmers, collectors and makers to bring Cambodian ingredients — and the people behind them — to the table.

Tradition, reinvented for today

In 2001, Confirel's first breakthrough was making Thnot palm sap safe and stable for modern markets — work with CIRAD scientists that earned a Palme d'Or in Paris. The same approach has grown the range to more than 300 product formats since: real Cambodian ingredients, made better without losing what makes them Cambodian.
