KEMITO, a Cambodian fermented botanical beverage, has been officially selected for the SIAL Innovation Award 2026. The winner will be revealed on 17 October at SIAL Paris.
What is KEMITO?
KEMITO is an innovative Cambodian fermented botanical beverage, created through a six-month natural fermentation of organic noni with Effective Microorganisms and palm sugar, then blended with an infusion of five botanicals.
This unique process transforms noni into a complex, low-sugar drink, combining a natural microbial ecosystem, Cambodian botanical heritage and fermentation expertise in a new-generation functional beverage.
A patent application has been filed in France with INPI.
